Inspections are visual, non-invasive evaluations performed in general accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and applicable Florida statutes governing home inspectors.

By enrolling in GoodHome+, the member authorizes recurring annual billing until properly canceled in accordance with program terms.

“Standard retail rate” means the Company’s publicly advertised non-member price at the time of scheduling.

GoodHome+ membership benefits apply to residential properties only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

All inspection scheduling is strictly subject to inspector availability. The Company does not guarantee appointment timing or completion within any specific timeframe. Membership benefits are earned only upon completed inspection. Unused annual benefits do not roll over into subsequent membership periods unless expressly stated in writing. Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Member is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. Inspections are snapshots in time and are not warranties, insurance policies, or guarantees of future condition. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Company liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

By enrolling in GoodHome+, the member authorizes recurring annual billing until properly canceled in accordance with program terms.

GoodHome+ membership benefits apply to residential properties only unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company.

All services are contingent upon inspector availability. Membership benefits are earned only upon completed inspection. Unused annual benefits do not roll over unless expressly stated. Subscriptions renew annually unless canceled prior to renewal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Nothing in this program creates a maintenance contract, insurance policy, warranty, or guarantee of future property condition. Member is responsible for ensuring safe and lawful access to the property. To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law, Company liability is limited to the total subscription fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
