Our GoodHome+ Program offers homeowners, vacation rental owners, special-needs tenants, and renters added peace of mind. Active members may:

• Receive up to two (2) scheduled residential inspections per membership year at 50% off the Company’s standard retail rate, subject to availability and service area limitations. One unused inspection benefit may be transferred to another residential property within our service area, with distance or property-based adjustments applied.

• Receive one (1) priority scheduling inspection per membership year at 25% off the Company’s standard retail rate, subject to inspector availability.

• Request and pre-schedule eligible inspections online through the Company booking system.

• Receive an additional 5% discount on qualifying bundled ancillary services (excluding full home and commercial inspections). Discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.

• Cancel future renewals at any time with no long-term contract. Benefits already used or scheduled remain subject to program terms and conditions.
